A traditional Beef & Potato Pasty. With swede, onion and well seasoned. It's made to a traditional Cornish recipe but we made it in Cumbria so we can't call it a Cornish pasty. Still good though!
Ingredients (allergens in bold):
Filling: Beef, potato, onion, swede, onion, salt, pepper.
Pastry: Wheat flour, lard, butter, egg, cream, caramel glucose syrup.
