It's made using a generous portion of whole roasted chicken to give a tender meat filling with a rich, creamy sauce. Careful not to overpower the flavour of this delicious chicken, we've added just a hint of tarragon, for those subtle, yet beautiful flavours, all encased in our hand-crimped, handmade, butter & lard pastry. Mmmmmmmm - delish!

We use whole chickens and have made every effort to remove bones but some small bones may remain
