A taste of the festive season.

We use whole roast turkeys, make the stock, roast the bacon & chipolata's to give it that christmas dinner taste. Which is finished off with a sage & onion ciabatta stuffing top.

This pie is marked with stuffing to identify it.

Ingredients (allergens in bold):

Filling: Turkey , bacon, onion, stock (turkey, celery, carrot, onion, salt, bay leaf, pepper) wheat flour (gluten), butter, cream, salt, pepper.

Stuffing: Wheat flour (Gluten), Egg, onion, cranberry,  sage, parlsey, salt, pepper.

Pastry: wheat flour, lard, butter, egg, salt, caramel, glucose syrup

We use whole Turkeys and have made every effort to remove bones but some small bones may remain
