Chicken & Tarragon pie
Just a hint of tarragon on this - we don't want to overpower the flavour of the chicken. Made using a generous portion of whole roasted chicken to give a tender meat filling with a cremy rich sauce. All encased in our homemade butter and lard pastry. Handcrimped. Each pie we make is frozen and ready to cook without defrosting.

Ingredients (allergens in bold):
Filling: Chicken, onion, stock (chicken, celery, carrot, onion, salt, bay leaf, pepper), wine, wheat flour, butter, cream, tarragon, garlic, mustard
Pastry: wheat flour, lard, butter, egg, salt, caramel, glucose syrup
We use whole chickens and have made every effort to remove bones but some small bones may remain
